We also have Elders that can help in some marriage situations. If the party does not want professional help, we can start with the elders. Paradigm does accept most insurances, but the church can help in some cases. | |

Things to Remember |

| Meet at least 3 x per month (no groups on First Tuesday weeks). | When a leader needs a chunk of time off, ask the coach to fill in when they can(or us your apprentice) or just make sure they are aware. | ||
| Respond to your coach | They are instructed to connect with leaders on a regular basis. | ||
| Use the guide prepared for leaders in advance. | All SGL and eFam Leaders discuss the message with their groups. | ||
| Check the guide each week, even if you are not leading your group that week to keep up to date on announcements and updates. Also check waterschurch.guide – all updates and announcements are there. | |||
| Spiritual Component a must. | For Action Group leader, talk about what God is doing in the lives of the members, pray. | ||
| Online Platforms | eFams: Zoom, Google Hangouts or Facebook Messenger (pick one and stick with it, if it changes, change your profile) | ||
| Check your email | Emails may go into SPAM, if you see planning center emails in SPAM folder, add to your contacts. | ||
| Serving and Tithing | Refer to the code of ethics that was signed. These are a must for Waters Church Leaders. | ||
| Prayer at the Altar after service ends | If you have trouble with this, shadow someone. | ||
