Stick with Jesus, remain in Him and we will bear fruit.

This is the same Jesus that came to set us free from our disabilities and our limitations.  When we know who we are and when we know we are right in Christ, we will always put the enemy to shame.  This woman had a right to be healed.  We have a right to our break-through because of Jesus.  We belong to Jesus and we have the right to operate as children of God.

John 17:4; Colossians 1:13

We ought to approach life from a Christian Perspective. As Christians we should respond differently from the culture we live in and not be deceived. 

Q. As a Christian, what are some examples of how you have responded to certain issues or events differently from the culture around you?

Luke 9:51, 18:14

We ought to remember who we are and the Spirit of Jesus we have. We should pierce through the natural and look at life events from a spiritual perspective, because we are spirit beings. 

Ephesians 6:12

We should not attack each other, we have  real enemy and it is not flesh and blood it is the Spirit behind it. 

The question is “Why are these things happening”

Let’s set the records straight:

-God has no Covid 19 sickness to give, this is the work of the devil.

This is from the devil and it was strategic.

-The current event is not a race issue, it is a human issue.

The enemy is trying to keep us away from what God has for us and distract us from our identity in Christ. 

It is a sin issue not a skin issue.  Jesus came to die for the world, not a race (John 3:16).  God is no respecter of persons and treats all people alike (Acts 10:34).

These current events are happening because the devil is responding to the blessings and breakthroughs God has already released to us.  History is repeating itself all over again, it is not new.

We should be encouraged and ask God for the full physical manifestation of the blessings and breakthroughs He has for us this year/decade. This is what the devil is afraid of and working against. The devil is always playing catch up.  Devil manifests himself because of what God has already done.

Q. What are some examples in your life where the devil manifested himself in the middle a blessing or breakthrough?

Jesus is the Lord of Breakthrough

1. Jesus is the source of breakthrough in our darkest hour.

Mark 6:48-51 (ESV)

Jesus Christ is here in our dark times.

Q. What has been your darkest hour and how have you seen Jesus in it?

2. Jesus is the source of breakthrough in our season of rejection.

John 4:16 (ESV); Luke 8:35 (ESV)

Q. When have you felt rejected by others and how did the outcome bring glory to God?

3. Jesus is the source of breakthrough against the storms of life.

Mark 4:39 (ESV)

The storms of life were against these disciples.  Jesus came into the picture and overcame the storm.  Jesus is here to overcome our storms of life.

Q. What storm in life did Jesus bring you  through?

4. Jesus is the source of breakthrough in areas of our lives that are untouchable.

Mark 1 :40-41(NKJV)

Nobody wanted anything to do with the lepers. They were untouchable.

Q. What is something that you may have hidden from others (making you untouchable i.e. an addiction, or something else, etc.) that Jesus had brought you through?

5. Jesus is the source of breakthrough even if we do not qualify.

Mark 5:25-34 (ESV); Mark 7:24-37 (ESV)

Jesus did not qualify anyone before he helped them.

Q. Have you ever felt that you needed to be qualified before Jesus could heal you or help you and why?

6. Jesus is the source of breakthrough even when we fail.

John 21:17(ESV)

Q. What are some failures you have had that God had helped you overcome?

The Blood of Jesus guarantees our breakthrough.

The blood of Jesus has been shed to grant us access to heaven, supernatural favor and breakthroughs from God. (Romans 5:9). The blood was shed and applied first before there was restoration and breakthrough. Our sins are forgiven, so the devil has no legal right to keep us bound from enjoying God’s blessings and breakthroughs in our lives (Hebrews 9:22; Matthew 26:28; Hebrews 4:16)

The devil has no answer to the blood of Jesus (Revelation 12:11).

We should present the blood of Jesus in our prayers to God to secure breakthroughs in our lives and to remove every legal right that the devil uses to attack and hinder us (Hebrews 13: 20-21;Hebrews 10: 14).

Prayer for the Church –

Heavenly Father, I come before your Throne of Grace by faith standing upon the new covenant of the blood of Jesus Christ your only Begotten Son. I ask that through the blood of Jesus Christ, You remove every legal right that the devil has been using against my life to hinder me and to attack me and put a stop right now to every attack of the devil and his cohorts against me. I also ask that through the blood of Jesus Christ let there by a physical manifestation of all the blessings, breakthroughs and gifts You have for me this year and this decade. Thank you, Father that I have it right now though the blood and the merits of Jesus Christ. It is done.
