Two opportunities to pray:
Leaders only: Please be available at the end of services to pray for those who come forward. If you are not actively serving during the service you are attending, make it a priority to head to the front when the invitation is given. Your presence matters!
North Attleboro Leaders and members: If you or any member of your group who currently serves is available, there is an opportunity to meet for prayer in the conference room off the break room during the second and third services. Please see Doug and Joanie White or Felix Shyllon if you would like to be a part of that ministry.
Please note: if you have a member who is not currently serving and would like to be part of the prayer during the service team, please have them take the appropriate steps to become a serve team member.

3 Signs of Your Faith
Hebrews 11
Icebreaker Question:
What is something you do completely by faith without really knowing how it works?
Opening Prayer:
Father, thank You for bringing us together. As we open Your Word, help us examine where our faith truly is. Teach us to have a faith that isn’t just something we talk about, but something seen in how we live, the choices we make, and how we see the world around us. Strengthen our trust in You and help us grow into people whose lives are shaped by faith. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Everybody has faith all the time.
Faith is not a feeling or positive thinking. It is not a blind leap or a set of beliefs.
The issue is not faith; the issue is whether we have Biblical faith.
Hebrews was written to Jewish Believers who were tempted to go back to the Old Covenant.
The main emphasis of the book of Hebrews is ‘Don’t go back’. Jesus is better than all the revelations of the prophets.
Jesus is better, and His work is perfect.
Hebrews 10:39 ESV
We are the people who press on.
FAITH makes my life GROW.
Hebrews 12:1 ESV
FAITH makes my life GO.
Q. If everyone lives by faith in something, what does biblical faith look like—and how does trusting Jesus help us press forward rather than go backward?
Leader Prompt:
Help the group recognize that the question isn’t whether we have faith, but where we place it. Biblical faith is confidence in Jesus and His finished work. Encourage discussion about how that kind of faith causes us to grow spiritually and keep moving forward, even when going back to what is familiar or comfortable feels easier.

The work of God in your life is down deep and under the surface.
A. People see a DIFFERENCE in me.
B. People see DEEDS from me.
James 2:26 ESV
What visible, tangible substance do people see in you that shows you have faith in God?
C. People see DESTINY in me.
To have faith is to believe in a great future for your life.
Q. If someone watched the way you live this week, where would they see evidence of your faith—in the difference in your character, the things you do, or the way you approach your future?
Leader Prompt:
Encourage the group to think beyond simply saying they have faith. Biblical faith becomes visible—it changes how we respond, influences what we do, and gives us hope and confidence about where God is leading us.
Practical Application:
Choose one area this week where your faith can become more visible: respond differently, do something that reflects your trust in God, or approach an uncertain situation with confidence in Him.
2. I know I have FAITH when GOD SEES it.
Hebrews 11:2,4 ESV
God saw an offering from Abel in faith; He received it and gave him commendation. True biblical faith gains commendation from God.
FAITH doesn’t live to PLEASE people; it lives to PLEASE God.
Take the approval of man out of the equation for your life.
Hebrews 11:5,6 ESV
As Christians, we must seek to please God and serve people, not please people to serve God.
Q. Where in your life are you most tempted to seek people’s approval, and what would it look like to choose what pleases God instead?
Leader Prompt:
Encourage the group to consider how the desire for approval can influence our choices, relationships, words, and even our service to God. Faith shifts the question from “What will people think?” to “What will please God?”
Practical Application:
Identify one decision or situation this week where you’ll intentionally take people’s approval out of the equation and choose the response that honors God.
3. I know I have FAITH when all that I SEE is SHAPED by it.
Hebrews 11:3 ESV
God created it all with the word of His mouth.
When I see the WORLD, I see God’s GLORY.
Psalm 19:1 ESV
When I see PEOPLE, I see God’s IMAGE.
Genesis 1:26 ESV
When I see MONEY, I see God’s RESOURCES.
1 Chronicles 29:14 ESV
When I see PROBLEMS, I see God’s PROVIDENCE.
Genesis 50:20 ESV
When I see MYSELF, I see God’s CHILD.
1 John 3:1 ESV
Q. How does faith change the way we see the world, other people, our money, our problems, and even ourselves? Which of these is hardest for you to see through the lens of faith?
Leader Prompt:
Faith doesn’t necessarily change what is in front of us—it changes the lens through which we see it. Help the group discuss how trusting God allows us to see His glory in creation, His image in people, His ownership of our resources, His providence in our difficulties, and our true identity as His children. Encourage people to share an area where their perspective has changed as their faith has grown.
Closing Prayer:
Lord, thank You for reminding us that faith changes how we live and how we see everything around us. Help our faith be evident to others, pleasing to You, and strong enough to shape how we see people, our resources, our problems, and ourselves. When we face situations we don’t understand, help us trust Your character and Your providence. May we leave here determined not just to say we have faith, but to live it. In Jesus’ name, amen.
