Exodus 1:1-7
Here is the principle of multiplication. Everything God puts his hand to and puts His Spirit in multiplies. We need to accept and receive a Spirit of multiplication in our lives. Our church is large, it has multiplied. It has multiplied to several locations and more yet to come. This is what happened to the Israelites. They went down with seventy people and came out with 600,000 men, that’s 2.5 million going to the Promise Land.
Gods people multiply, we do not diminish. It does not matter who is in charge, God is on the throne and God’s people multiply.
In the New Testament, the Church is 120 people when Jesus ascends to Heaven. He ascends to the Father and clothed them in tongues of fire and after Peter preaches, 3000 join the Church. The miraculous can kind of build the church, but the Holy Spirit in God’s people is the power of God to build the Kingdom and the Church is going to move forward through that.
Q. What are some reasons people might be intimated to receive the Holy Spirit?
The book of Acts ends with ‘without hindrance’. Nothing could stop the work of God in the Apostle Paul. He was stoned, shipwrecked, beaten, whipped, and left for dead. The Holy Spirit starts to save men and women so that in 400 years of existence, the Church goes from 120 to 400 million in the Roman Empire. Never think that the Church is dead. The churches we see closing are not God-honoring churches. The True Church that Jesus built is on the rise.
Q. What things have got in your way that kept you from moving forward in Christ and why did you allow them to?
The Church is not here for us, we are the Church and we are here for the world.
Exodus 1:9-14 ESV
Instead of kicking them out, they enslaved God’s people to keep them in the land. They knew they were blessed because God’s people were there. Where ever the Jewish people go, the land is blessed. Without the Jewish people Gentiles would still be worshipping trees. The more they were oppressed the more they multiplied.
Q. When has oppression made you stronger?
The god of this world loves to enslave God’s people to different parts of materialism. The government/industrial revolution took the man out of the home and destroyed the family. Egypt tried to beat them into submission by destroying the family. The number one threat to government is the family.
Exodus 1:15-17 ESV
Male children are going to live and get strong because of the women. The women of the Church are needed and the men need the women to become strong men. To get strong men we need bold women. The Devil knows to destroy a culture you destroy the men.
Q. What needs to change in your Spiritual life to be a strong man or a bold woman of God?

There is a serious problem in evangelicalism – men don’t want to be men and women want to be pastors. Men wanting to just play video games and watch porn are forcing women to be men. Let my male children live. The reason there is feminism in this country is because of weak men, evil men, bad men. Men need to be strong, brave, and have compassion like Jesus.
For those that are single, pray and don’t sleep around. Don’t pray for a godly man and then give your body to ungodly men. If you are not married, stop sleeping with them. We cannot be unevenly yoked.
1 Timothy 3:1 ESV
It is a good thing for men to want to be strong. There are legislative governmental actions that have made it more profitable for a woman to have no husband.

Q. When have you feared government more than God and had difficulty standing faithful and why?
Pray – get into the word and ask God to fill you with His Holy Spirit.
