Cast Vision

• What is the purpose of group
• Being a good disciple
• Getting out of comfort zone
• Take your gift and share it with others
• Set expectations for members, set them early
• Do you want what is in your hand or what is in God’s pocket?
• Short-term leadership offer 6 months (start and end groups?)

What character traits does a leader need?  – (add to training materials)

• Humility
• Teachability
• Curiosity
• Intentionality

Growth in group

• Growth is always taking the next step
• Is the group healthy?
• Help groups to be successful
• Best time to talk to your group about multiplying is at the peak before it spirals down

Stale Groups

• • SHARE life change (it may seem stale to leaders when we don’t hear about life change)
